Brian de Jong is responsible for leading delivery and growth across AMN Healthcare’s strategic enterprise clients. Through cross-functional teams, Mr. de Jong’s principal focus is executing service delivery excellence and driving workforce optimization strategies for clients across all business lines and tech-centric total talent solutions.
Mr. de Jong came to AMN in 2021 with more than 30 years of experience as a global talent strategist and an extensive background in designing and implementing value-based workforce solutions. Mr. de Jong has held senior leadership roles and led global client teams for The Adecco Group and Beeline, driving strategic relationships, growth and VMS technology strategies across the technology, healthcare, life science and consumer products verticals, including clients such as Google, Apple, IBM, Intel, GE Healthcare and Amazon.
Mr. de Jong enjoys supporting local animal and community non-profit organizations.
