Carolina Araya, Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts, is responsible for the management and revenue growth of AMN Healthcare’s hospital clients. Ms. Araya’s primary focus points include the strategic planning and execution of initiatives to service strategic hospital clients while optimizing processes and expanding solutions. She leads a team of client-facing program leaders responsible for strong fill rate performance, client expansion and client service.
Ms. Araya has worked within the healthcare staffing industry for twenty-one years. She began her career as a Nurse Recruiter for AMN Healthcare’s Travel Division, where she received the Rookie Recruiter of the Year Award. She has served the organization as an Operations Manager, Director of Recruitment, Sr. Director of Recruitment and Divisional Vice President of Recruitment for both the American Mobile Healthcare and Medical Express brands. Recently, Ms. Araya served as SVP of Client Management as well as leading Strategic Initiatives for the Nurse and Allied division of AMN. Prior to working at AMN, Carolina held various sales and marketing positions for 3M.
Ms. Araya studied Communications at Metropolitan State University in St. Paul, Minnesota and enjoys serving on the board of Make-A-Wish San Diego.
