Currently serving as the President for AMN Healthcare's Physician Permanent Solutions, Ms. Grant brings a wealth of expertise to her role. She joined AMN in March 2016 within the Recruitment Division, where she distinguished herself for her dedication and proficiency within the physician recruitment market.
Transitioning to focus on enhancing recruitment and marketing strategies within the Strategic Accounts Division, Ms. Grant showcased her commitment to clients which led her to assume the role of Divisional Vice President, where she oversaw recruitment operations and applied her comprehensive knowledge of strategic and operational issues inherent in physician recruitment and retention. With a keen understanding of various facets such as financial incentives, advertising, interviewing processes, employment agreements, equity negotiations, and physician marketplaces, Leah collaborates closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions.
Ms. Grant holds a bachelor’s degree from Valdosta State University and a master’s in business administration from Kennesaw State University. Ms. Grant is actively involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters, Atlanta PRIDE, and several other local Atlanta-area non-profits.
