Steven Stark serves as Vice President of Total Rewards and is responsible for leading compensation and benefits for AMN Healthcare. He joined AMN in August 2022 and brings more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, primarily focused on compensation and benefits. Prior to joining AMN, he held numerous leadership positions in the airline and retail industries including Vice President Compensation, Benefits, HR System and Operations at JC Penney Corporation and Vice President of Total Rewards at Rent-A-Center. In these roles, he has lead strategy, implementation, and execution of compensation and benefit plans.
Mr. Stark earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Aviation Management at the University of Dubuque in Iowa. He is a supporter of the PKU Alliance, which is a nonprofit organization working to improve the lives of families and individuals with this rare disease.
