AMN Healthcare Sponsoring the Deaf in Healthcare Summit
Join This Virtual Conference for Interpreters, May 3-5
AMN Healthcare Language Services is proud to sponsor the Deaf in Healthcare Summit for Interpreters, a virtual education conference taking place May 3-5, 2024. Together with the summit organizers, 2axend, AMN Healthcare shares a dedication to improved accessibility and inclusivity for Deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals.
As part of our commitment to continued interpreter education and the strength and development of our team of interpreters, AMN Healthcare is raffling off eight (8) complimentary registrations for the summit to members of our American Sign Language and Certified Deaf Interpreter teams.
The 2024 Deaf in Healthcare Summit for Interpreters
“Ascend and Transform” is the guiding theme for the fourth Deaf in Healthcare Summit for Interpreters, and attendees can earn up to 1.5 continuing education units (CEUs) during this action-packed, virtual summit.
Sessions range from interactive presentations to armchair discussions focused on providing interpreters with insight, solutions and best practices to position Deaf and hard-of-hearing clients for success in healthcare settings. A virtual exhibit hall will showcase products and services that can help interpreters in their work.
We are proud to note that two AMN employees are presenters at the conference. Both Jeremy Quiroga, Certified Deaf Interpreter, and Kelly Matamoros, Language Operations Manager, will be leading engaging sessions at the summit.
Summit Dates: May 3-5, 2024
