The successful candidate will provide comprehensive medical care and management to patients admitted to the Intensive Care Unit. Make medical decisions independently or collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, while focusing on managing inpatient care and optimizing the length of stay, resource utilization, and cost-effectiveness.
