If you hold a strong passion for driving growth and success in a not-for-profit rural setting, please consider joining our team. The Position: The President and CEO will collaborate with the Board of Directors to set the overall direction and mission of the hospital by developing and implementing Ozark Healthcare’s strategic plan and vision ensuring the hospital remains responsive to the communities it serves. He/she will oversee system-wide financial performance, including budgeting, capital planning, resource allocation, and partnering with the foundation for fundraising efforts and key events. He/she will create a positive and productive work environment and drive operational excellence while overseeing all aspects of operations. He/she will serve as the primary spokesperson and advocate for Ozarks Healthcare in the community and beyond.The Ideal Candidate: 

• Master's degree in healthcare administration or an MBA is required. 
• Membership in American College of Healthcare Executives preferred.
• CEO experience of 5 years or more in a PPS healthcare system required. 
• Multi-specialty clinic experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in healthcare leadership, preferably within an independent or stand-alone health system. 
• Expertise in physician relations, including recruitment, engagement, and collaboration. 
• Experience working in a rural or community-based healthcare environment is preferred. 
• In-depth understanding of federal healthcare regulations and guidelines along with 340b Drug Pricing Program, including compliance requirements, program optimization and its impact on pharmacy operations within a healthcare system.
