• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), or related field required. 
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare administration, with at least 5 years in a CEO, COO, or equivalent role in a hospital or health system. 
• Proven track record of overseeing multi-site operations, including hospitals and outpatient clinics. 
• Demonstrated success in improving clinical quality, operational efficiency, financial performance, and patient satisfaction. 

The OrganizationWhite River Health (WRH) is an independent, not-for-profit, two hospital health system that includes White River Medical Center (220-bed flagship acute care hospital), Stone County Medical Center (critical access hospital), a satellite Emergency Room, and over 30 outpatient clinics.The health system serves as a regional referral center and has been serving North Central Arkansas since 1976, when it was established as the White River Medical Center (WRMC).
