  • Seeking a servant leader to establish credibility with surgeons and staff members while focusing on mentoring and coaching staff, championing the community and patient-focused culture, while building collaborative relationships within the department.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree is required; master’s degree is strongly preferred.
