  • The Vice President of Finance will oversee the daily operations, long-term planning, and strategic direction of the financial departments driving operational excellence and financial efficiency while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this leader will oversee a team of three direct reports.
  • This leader will play a critical role in enhancing department efficiency by standardizing and consolidating processes where applicable. Responsibilities include optimizing DSS, labor, and financial reporting. 
  • Ideal candidates will possess strong emotional intelligence and the ability to maintain positive, collaborative working relationships. Previous experience in hospital operations within a progressive or acute care setting is essential. Candidates should be comfortable working in a corporate/matrix environment and have a strong background in costing systems, including report building within those systems. We seek results-driven leaders with an operational focus, adept at motivating teams and driving excellence.
  • This role requires an onsite leader; remote or hybrid work options are not available. 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • Active CPA highly preferred.
  • Must have a minimum of ten years’ experience in successfully managing complex hospital and financial systems.

  • The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a highly visible leader within the hospital and community while being responsible for the daily oversight and management of the organization’s financial operations.
  • Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the CFO will oversee and direct treasury, budgeting, audit, tax, accounting, purchasing, real estate and insurance activities.
  • Focusing on the development, implementation, maintenance, and personal participation in the various programs related to and regarding the Newman Memorial Hospital Compliance Program. 
  • This leader must bring extensive knowledge pertaining to revenue cycle, accounting, and cost reporting structures.  
  • Coordinates with medical, nursing, and other departments to ensure appropriate management of accounting processes in an effort to maximize the financial performance of the organization.
  • Seeking a results-oriented and hands-on leader to ensure the hospital is prepared for future changes in healthcare trends and technology. The executive will bring knowledge, loyalty, and a strong, positive leadership background with proven critical care success to the role. 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Health Care Administration, finance, or accounting required. Master’s degree is preferred.  
  • Strong knowledge of Epic and/or CPSI software is preferred. 
  • Leadership experience within a Critical Access facility required.
  • CPA certification is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of CAH Revenue Cycle Management, reimbursement with respect to private payer and Medicare/Medicaid.

  • The Director of Nurse Navigation will lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of processes that enhance patient care and optimize cancer treatment across the nationally recognized Fox Chase Cancer Center/Temple University healthcare system.
  • Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, this leader will oversee one direct report and approximately 40 FTEs.
  • This leader will work collaboratively with the National ICR and demonstrate an understanding of working in a matrixed environment.
  • The Director will lead the redesign and launch of a new navigation program tailored to the organization's needs, incorporating the latest industry best practices. This process will involve conducting comprehensive role assessments, defining clear role delineations, and collaborating closely with the ICR to ensure a seamless implementation.
  • The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Level 1 Trauma and Academic Medical Center, along with expertise in NCI-designated institutions. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for managing diverse personalities. This role requires a strategic, innovative leader with a deep understanding of patient navigation.
Requirements
  • BSN required; Master’s degree in healthcare, nursing or business-related field preferred.
  • Active RN license required. 
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a clinical nursing position and at least three years of experience in a nursing leadership role. Oncology experience is a necessary and crucial part for this role.
