Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in fundraising, including at least three years specializing in foundation or donor relationship management, is required.
  • Prior experience working in non-profit healthcare and/or higher-level education is strongly preferred.
Compensation Range
  • The base salary range for this position is $112,000 to $125,000 annually. In addition, a leader may be eligible for other benefits, including but not limited to health insurance coverage, retirement benefits, and bonuses. The total compensation for the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation.
