Livingston Regional Hospital (LRH) is a 114-bed hospital providing a continuum of care covering all aspects of healthcare, from 24-hour emergency services to rehabilitative services on both an impatient and an outpatient basis, Level II-A neonatal nursery, a 10-bed gero-psych unit and many other services. Fully accredited by The Joint Commission, the hospital in Livingston serves a five-county area in central Tennessee and southern Kentucky.

– 280 bed community hospital – 1 hour northwest of Nashville, not far from the KY border The Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing during the antepartum, intrapatum, immediate postpartum, and neonatal phase of Obstetrical care to Labor and Delivery patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures. The registered nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgement and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care; maintains clinical competencies through continuing education; delegates patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available; provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.
