Requisition Comments and Notes Position Description: RN OR needed, Locals are accepted (75 miles or less) at lower BR, All time off required at time of submission. IVS to review, manager to interview and offer. Shift: variable hours based on need – 7a, 9:30a, 1pm with on-call, rotating weekends, and holidays. No Block Scheduling. On call is at least 1 weekend per month. 30 min report time. Mandatory Overtime: During Personnel’s assignment with Client, he or she is considered part of the unit and will be included as part of the rotation pool of staff (i.e., Client employees and Personnel) who are required to work additional hours on an as-needed basis to ensure coverage for the unit. Scrubs provided. Required Upon Submission: Must have 4-5 years OR RN or combined OR experience. SCRUB AND CIRCULATE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. Both circulate and scrub SKILLS CHECKLISTS need to be in submission packet. Must be experienced in circulating and the following surgeries: ortho, spine, and neuro (checklist should indicate performs INDEPENDENTLY). Active RN license, required copy of NURSYS. Required Upon Start: Active CT RN license must apply for License within 24 hours of locking! Covid Vaccine- Medical and religious declinations are allowed.
