We are comprised of a 25-bed critical access medical center, rural health and urgent care medical offices, home care services, and a vast scope of services located throughout Tillamook County and the surrounding areas. Tillamook is known for its small-town charm, lively art scene and delicious Tillamook Cheese. The allure of Tillamook’s community is complimented by access to outdoor adventures and the scenic Oregon Coast. Job Summary: Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
