The incoming Pathologist will have a balanced mix of anatomic and clinical cases, with opportunities for specialization. Collaborate with three experienced pathologists and skilled support staff in a well-established shared practice environment.Opportunity Highlights
  • Enjoy a dynamic mix of anatomic and clinical pathology, including surgical pathology, cytopathology, and frozen sections.
  • Balanced caseload with an average of 20-25 cases per day.
  • Level loading all cases within a group productivity model.
  • Participate in tumor boards and collaborate with multiple specialties across the network.
  • Flexible schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–4:30 PM, with light call expectations (1 week per month, minimal come-in rate).
  • Support for sub-specialization in breast pathology, if desired.
  • Work with state-of-the-art technology, including digital pathology implementation in progress.
  • No autopsy cases—handled at a separate downtown location.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive base salary: $350,000–$365,000, with a total compensation package of up to $450,000 (includes shared productivity model).
  • Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance, 20 days PTO plus 6 holidays, malpractice coverage, 401K match and profit sharing, a $5,000 CME allowance, 6 weeks of paternal and 12 weeks of maternal leave, and PSLF loan forgiveness eligibility.
