The LSU Health New Orleans/LCMC Health Cancer Center in historic, highly desirable New Orleans seeks a Neuro-Oncologist. The incoming Neuro-Oncologist will work with multidisciplinary teams using cutting-edge cancer therapies, technologies, and patient-centric research. As part of the LSU/LCMC network, the successful candidate will work in state-of-the-art facilities and engage in a robust clinical trials program. This is an opportunity to help develop a new NCI-designated Cancer Care Center and leave a lasting legacy. An endowed chair will also support this role. We are working with a well-established, Physician lead, multi-specialty practice near New Orleans and they are looking for a Neurology Physician to join their team! This position will be mostly outpatient (90%), with some inpatient (10%) responsibilities.If you are looking for an opportunity to mentor others, then this is the role for you. The incoming Neurologist will have an Internal Medicine Resident shadow throughout the year. The case mix will include seizure, headache, ALS, MS, epilepsy, and other general neurological cases. Opportunity Highlights
