JOB DETAILS

Clinical Pharmacist position -
12 weeks
Position would be Monday – Friday 0730-1600. After onsite training (1-2 weeks) position could be remote (work from home). Clinical pharmacist would just not participate on interdisciplinary rounds for assigned patient care units.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy required
• ASHP accredited pharmacy residency preferred or equivalent experience (3 years acute care)
• Board certification preferred
• Current licensure (or eligible to reciprocate) in the State of Delaware

REQUIREMENTS

Experience: 2 years
Licenses: PHARM-DE maintain the operation to fulfill medication needs for automated dispensing cabinets at Christiana and Wilmington Hospital as well as to initiate daily cartfill. Pharm.D (or B.S Pharm. with equivalent relevant experience), Current licensure (or eligible to reciprocate) in the State of Delaware, Previous hospital pharmacy experience
