Must float to one other specialty area: PICU, PP (renamed AOC), Pedi, or MS. PICU float requires exp with all ages- infants-young adults. Couplet Care required for PP float! The RN will need to have a skills checklist for the respective float area. PALS needed for Pedi and PICU---NRP needed for NICU
