PT - OP needed asap for 13 weeks
Flexible, 8-5 preferred Mon-Fri.
Facility Setting? Med Surg, OP
1-2 years experience
KS lic required
BLS
• Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? Yes, Med surge and Outpatient services- (including Pool).
• Number of beds in your facility? Med Surg is around 30
• EMR for your facility: Epic
• Scrub colors / dress code: Any color is ok.
• Parking Location: At physical location outpatient therapy clinic or in hospital parking lot.

REQUIREMENTS

Physical Therapist, Outpatient
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: BLS(Copy needed)
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
