This outstanding Facility is looking for the right Home Health RN to join their team of compassionate and driven health care professionals. Join this highly motivated team of caregivers and enjoy a challenging and welcoming environment based on optimal patient care.

REQUIREMENTS

Home Health and Oasis experience
***50 mile radius for local rate***
***In person fingerprints are required. Must plan for at least 5 weeks for start date. T will need go to DE once assignment is accepted to begin the process and then results will post 3-4 weeks from that point***
