The Position

  • The Interim Director of Women's and Baby will be responsible for the oversight and day-to-day operations throughout both the Women’s and Children’s units. 
  • The Interim Director will oversee multiple units including Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, NBN, NICU, Women’s Services, and Pediatrics.  
  • This leader will focus on ongoing departmental initiatives including c-section training, staff/management relationships, anesthesia operations, and providers management. 
  • This leader will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment while emphasizing communication, collaboration, and strong engagement throughout the department. 
  • Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree is required. 

Compensation Details

  • Compensation Range: $160,000 to $170,000 annually. 
  • The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
  • The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
