Interim Manager, Diagnostic Imaging Needed near Seattle, WA!

The Position

• An Interim Manager of Diagnostic Imaging is needed to oversee imaging services across multiple locations, including an outpatient imaging center, an off-site urgent care and mammography center, and hospital imaging.
• Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this leader will oversee a team of 60 FTEs, including one assistant.
• Key priorities for this leader include sustaining the department’s growth and momentum, optimizing staffing to support increased demand, and contributing to ongoing improvements in quality and patient experience scores.
• The ideal candidate will be a strong and supportive leader, capable of absorbing pressure while mentoring and developing staff. An ultrasound background and previous union experience would be beneficial, but not required.
• Must be available to start within two to three weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

• ARRT or NMTCB certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.

Compensation Details

• Compensation Range: $150,000 to $160,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
