REQUIREMENTS

Registered Nurse, Telemetry Experience: 3 years Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)(Copy needed) Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed); ACLS-AHA(Copy needed); CERT-NIH Stroke Scale(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required Driver’s License On-File (Address on Profile MUST Match Address on Driver’s License)
