Join a Western region healthcare organization as their next Interim Director of Radiology! 


The Position

  • The Interim Director of Radiology will lead and oversee day-to-day operations throughout the department. 
  • The Interim Director will ensure consistent radiology policies and procedures, develop and monitor quality improvement activities, manage staffing, create business plans to meet the radiology needs of the organization, and oversee survey preparation. 
  • Provide stable leadership with a focus on team building and identifying best practices around patient flow, scheduling, coverage across modalities, and department efficiencies. 
  • Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • AART certification is required. 

Compensation Details

  • Compensation Range: $165,000 to $175,000 annually. 
  • The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
  • The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
