Join a Georgia medical center as their next Interim Manager, CVICU!
?
The Position
- The Interim Manager, CVICU, will be responsible for the day-to-day operations within both CVICU and CCU units.
- The Interim Manager will focus on current initiatives including process improvement, turnover, and accountability.
- This leader must be equipped to manage the high acuity unit with a high volume of transplant patients and cardiac assistance devices.
- Ideal candidates will bring strong leadership experience and must be approachable while encouraging strong communication and collaboration throughout the department. Additionally, this leader must simultaneously ensure a high level of accountability amongst staff members to ensure optimal departmental performance.
- Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
- BSN is required.
- Active GA and/or compact RN license is required.
Compensation Details
- Compensation Range: $160,000 to $170,000 annually.
- The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
- The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
