JOB DETAILS
REQUIRED SKILLS: -To perform routine and specialized examinations in the specialty area of CT, adapt procedures to obtain specific diagnostic and/or therapeutic results; prepare patients for examinations.
-This requires independent judgment to adapt procedures to obtain specific diagnostic results under the direction of a radiologist.
Required Skills & Experience:
At least one year of related work experience.
-Basic reading, writing, oral English skills.
-Accountability.
-Multicultural sensitivity.
-Customer/patient focused.
-Basic computer knowledge.
-Critical thinking skills using independent judgement in making decisions.
-Ability to respond appropriately to customer/co-worker.
-Interaction with a wide variety of people.
-Maintain confidential information.
-Ability to communicate only the facts to recipients or to decline to reveal information.
-Ability to project a professional, friendly, helpful demeanor.
Associate's degree in related field (radiology or other healthcare-related subject).
OR
-Completion of JRCERT-accredited program in radiologic technology.
-Registered in Radiography (R) - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
-Registered in Computed Tomography (CT) - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
-Licensed Radiologic Technologist - Radiography - Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA).
-Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association (AHA).
REQUIREMENTS
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: RAD-IL
Certifications: CTTECH-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed); R-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists(Copy needed)
On Call: $4

Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in last 1 year
References: 1 Reference in entire work history
Minimum three (3) years of applicable experience.
