POSITION DUTIES – Social Services Case Management

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – Current Licensed Social Worker (either LMSW or LCSW) licensure in the State of Idaho; Master's Degree in Social Work; BLS; 2+ years’ experience as a Social Worker

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS – LCSW

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 12hr Nights, Sunday-Wednesday one week then Sunday-Tuesday the next
