Top Diagnoses/Procedures: Post Code with TTM, ICH, SAH w/ Clipping, Interventional Radiology w/ Thrombectomy and Coilling, Resiratory Failure w/ ventillator management, Septic shock, Stroke Center w/ TPA and intervention, CRRT, Zolll & Artic Sun TTM, Hemosphere, Istat, Aline Management and Placement, Sheath Management, Level 1 rapid transfuser, Ventilator Management
Common Equip: EV1000, Hemispheres, CRRT, Doppler, US machine, Train of Four, Corpack, Cerebral Oxymetry Monitoring, BIZ monitoring, Bear Warmers, Nx-stage, Pupilometer
Common Meds: Dobutrex, Nitroglycerin. Levophed,Milrinone, Epinepherine, Precedex, Propofol, Fentanyl, Cardene, Cleviprex, Paralytics, dobutamine, Vasopressin, Neospherine, Amiodorone, Versed, 3% Saline, Mannitol
Must have exp with IV insert, vascular device access/care, tele interpretation, sheath removal, high freq vents/oscillators, trachs, CRRT, rapid infuser, wound VACs, warming and cooling.

EPIC EMR Experience
3 years exp, CVP, IABP, EBD management, ICP monitoring, Impella/LVAD, ECMO, CPM, chemo administration.
