230 bed Regional Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center; part of the Johns Hopkins Hospital System.

REQUIREMENTS

Registered Nurse, Case Manager
Experience: 2 years
Certifications: BLS-AHA
SSN Required
DOB Required
References: 1 Reference in entire work history

Current in-patient Case Management experience
Proficient with post-acute facility referral platforms such as NaviHealth or AllScripts
