Interim Perioperative Manager Needed in Georgia

The Position

• An Interim Perioperative Manager is needed to support perioperative operations within a Georgia Healthcare System.
• This role will report to the Director of Surgery.
• Responsibilities include driving the growth of case volume within the department and assisting in the retention of departmental staff.
• The ideal candidate is a strong, collaborative leader with true OR operations experience, capable of stepping in and being hands-on (scrubbing/circulating) when needed, and able to manage change effectively.
• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• An active RN is required.
• Minimum of two years of progressive experience in nursing management.

Compensation Details

• Compensation Range: $160,000 to $170,000 annually. 
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
