POSITION SUMMARY – LMSW

POSITION DUTIES – Assessment of social situations/needs and writes plans accordingly. Participates in multidisciplinary team rounds for Discharge Planning. Covers all units and rotational coverage in ER, Mother/Baby.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – LMSW (must have AK license); MSW degree or equal educational degree; BLS; 2 years acute social work experience; Epic & Midas experience

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 8am-4:30pm - One position will be on M-F, the other will be on F-M. Occasional weekend coverage (rarely).
