REQUIREMENTS

Registered Nurse, LD
Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: NRP(Copy Needed); ACLS(Copy Needed); BLS(Copy Needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
References: 2 References in entire work history

Must have all certs and license copies on file to submit
Requires 2 refs to submit, 1 being within last year from Sup or above.
