JOB DETAILS

This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.


Details & requirements for this opportunity:

  • Schedule: 7:00am-7:00am covering the emergency department
  • Job Setting: Patient volume: 0-10 daily
  • Types of Cases: Hydronephrosis with renal and ureteral calculous obstruction, Calculus of kidney, Benign prostatic hyperplasia with lower urinary tract symptoms, Calculus of ureter, Urinary tract infection
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
  • Must have Indiana license, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA,) and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
